2018 CTM Awards Banquet
The annual Carbondale Terrier Music Awards Banquet will be held Monday, May 1st from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Carbondale Civic Center. Dinner will be served between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. You can go through the buffet at your convenience at that time. At 6:00 p.m. the Band Boosters will make their introduction and at 6:30 p.m. we will start handing out awards!
Tickets are $12 each, and include the meal/beverages/cake and other event related costs. All participants must have a ticket, whether or not they wish to eat. You may also purchase, in advance (or on site, if there is extra food available), a second trip through the buffet line for $6.
Dinner is provided by Two Domestic Divas Catering. Entrée options are fried chicken or vegetarian lasagna. Specify your meal choice with your registration.
You may charge your tickets to your student’s account (make sure they have sufficient balance to cover the cost). If your student has a negative balance, they may not attend the Banquet.
There is a DVD slideshow of our 2017-18 year for purchase at $10 each. The slideshow has assortment of pictures of the band from throughout the year. It will also have a separate section for the seniors individually, which includes the senior night photos.
Use the button below to download the Registration Form. Please turn it in with your payment to the Band Booster's secure dropbox in the band room. Your student can drop it off for you, if that is convenient.
We Need Your Senior's Baby/Tot Photo!
One of the fun features of the Band Banquet is the tribute to the graduating Seniors. That video presentation includes photos of the Seniors as babies/tots. We pair up that cute photo you've been saving with a photo of your Senior from this school year; it's a lot of fun to see how much they've changed and how much they've stayed the same. If you can provide us with a great pic of your Senior in their performance garb, please share it, too. Or, we'll find one... somewhere...
To share your photos
If you have some photos of any music student, or group of students, Senior or underclassmen, that you would like to share as part of our yearly memories presentation, please send them in! The more we have the more interesting the video presentations that run as we take our seats and dine before the speaking presentations.
Please give us the Student Name
We'd love to say every volunteer parent knows every band member and music student on sight, first and last name, parent's names, and associated emails, but we can't. Please include the students' full names in the file name or with the physical photo.
